SUMMARY:Bē Health Summer Camp FUN
DESCRIPTION:Bē Health is offering a very unique\, fun\, and engaging summer camp experience. The aim of our daily activities is to help children\, ages 5-12\, gain a better understanding of health and wellbeing through group Fitness\, Mindfulness and Nutrition FUN (Fitness Understanding Nutrition). Children will participate in Kid’s Yoga\, Mindfulness Activities & Trail walks and other summer related activities\, including a nutritional section in preparation of an afternoon snack. The camps will be staffed by Dieticians\, Certified Fitness Trainers and Health Educators. \nThe daily cost is $35 per day/ per child.  Drop off is between 8:30 and 9 a.m. at The Outfitters at Heartwood (35 Outfitters Park Drive\, Richmond Hill\, GA 31324) with pick up no later than 4 p.m. All campers should wear athletic shoes for both indoor and outdoor activities\, bring bug spray\, wear loose fitting/ comfortable clothing and pack a healthy lunch with a water bottle. SUMMARY:Yin Yoga
DESCRIPTION:The focus in Yin Yoga is to deepen and direct the postures to target the connective tissues (fascia\, ligaments\, joints) and tendons that are less frequently exercised. Yin serves as a compliment to the Yang style of yoga\, which is more dynamic and muscle focused (Traditional “Yoga”). Yin is slower and more meditative\, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Poses are held\nlonger (2-3 minutes or sometimes less) than traditional poses\, to stretch and strengthen those rarely used tissues while teaching you to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. \n***Please note that Yin Yoga will be offered at the the new location: 3866 Belfast Keller Road\, Suite 101\, RH\, GA 31324. \nGet a discount!
