Children’s Yoga

We make yoga and mindfulness fun for kids! It’s filled with games, songs, stories, imaginative play and activities that engage children and give them the tools to feel calmer, happier and more peaceful inside!
For Heartwood residents, we offer five classes for $40 and 10 classes for $70. For community members, five classes for $65 and 10 classes for $110. Please contact the Be Health navigator at behealth@sjchs.org or 912-675-0524.
